Got a system that is not holding up?
Tell me what it is doing, in whatever words you have for it. Working out what is actually wrong is the job.
A network that keeps dropping. A security gap and no idea how bad it is. Backups nobody has ever tested. Or just the feeling that something is wrong and you can’t name it — that last one is a perfectly normal way to start.
The first conversation is a couple of hours, no charge and no obligation. You get a straight answer about what’s actually wrong, what it actually takes to fix, and what can wait. If I’m not the right fit for it, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
It helps if you can say roughly how many people you have and how long the trouble has been going on. Don’t let that stop you writing, though. Sorting out which detail matters is the job.
Or just pick up the phone. (719) 900-1275 reaches me, not a queue and not somebody reading your details back to you. Often quicker than writing, and there is no wrong way to start the sentence.
Prefer email? info@datastream.consulting. Either way, I answer within one business day.
